It is Directly behind the Old Travis County Courthouse on 10th and
Guadalupe.
There is a garage for parking but space is limited there.
The Actual Trial began on Tuesday, March 2, 2004 in the same Room at
9:30 AM
- At 9:30 AM the Prosecution began Opening Statements followed by the
Defense Statements.
- Approximately 4 Witnesses for the Prosecution were called during the
day.
- Exhibits were presented by both sides.
- At 5:30 PM The court recessed.
The trial resumed on Wednesday, March 3, 2004
- Two of the state witnesses were recalled for Cross Examination.
- Dr. Warren Ross Testified.
- 2 Witnesses from the TWCC were questioned
- 2 additional members of the APD were questioned.
- An additional Expert for the state was announced.
- The Court Recessed about 5:00 PM to Resume tomorrow at 9:15 AM

- The Defense Began with One Employee from the Doctor's Office
- One Neurologist Testified for the Doctor
- A Rebuttal Witness From the Attorney General's Office spoke for the
State

- Closing Arguments Were Given
