The Courtroom is on the 4th Floor of the Travis County Courthouse Annex called the Criminal Justice Center. It is Directly behind the Old Travis County Courthouse on 10th and Guadalupe.

  • Two of the state witnesses were recalled for Cross Examination.

  • The Court Recessed about 5:00 PM to Resume tomorrow at 9:15 AM

  • The Plaintiff's Attorney's CNA Testified for the State.
  • The State Rested
  • The Defense Began with One Employee from the Doctor's Office
  • One Neurologist Testified for the Doctor
  • A Rebuttal Witness From the Attorney General's Office spoke for the State
  • Exhibits were tendered
  • Closing Arguments Were Given
  • The Jury was Instructed
  • The Jury Reached a Unanimous Not Guilty Decision on the 1st Poll
